About ourdream
ourdream is a small, curated archive of AI companion profiles. We started this project with a simple idea: the web is full of endless feeds, but very little of it feels considered. We wanted to build something closer to a library — a place where each AI character is hand-written, has a real bio, a defined personality, and a consistent voice across conversations.
Our story
ourdream began as a side experiment between a designer and a writer who were tired of low-effort AI companions. Most felt interchangeable. Most had no point of view. So we started writing the kind of profiles we'd want to read ourselves — short personal stories, clear interests, and a tone that didn't try to be everything at once.
Today ourdream curates dozens of profiles. Each one is fictional. Each one is for adults 21+. And each one is built to feel like a real character, not a placeholder.
Our mission
We believe AI companionship should feel personal, calm, and thoughtfully designed. Our mission is simple: make the profile itself a small piece of writing worth reading, and make the path from browse to chat feel premium rather than transactional. No tricks, no noise, no infinite feed.
Every profile on ourdream is reviewed before publishing. We pick the photo, write the bio, define the personality, and choose the topics this companion would actually enjoy talking about. That's the difference.
What ourdream is not
ourdream is not a dating app, not a social network, and not a marketplace. The profiles are virtual AI characters — fictional, generated, and clearly labeled. We don't show real people. We don't pretend the companions are human. We just try to make the fictional ones interesting enough to spend time with.
